Subject: Anti-dumping Investigation initiated by Vietnam on import of Polyester Filament Yarns: Reg:

The Council informed the Member-exporters vide Circular REF. MR/CIR/2020/33, dtd. 18.04.2020 regarding initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation by Vietnam on import of Polyester Filament Yarn products from India, People’s Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia and Malaysia. We hope that the concerned Members have gone through the documents and being prepared for the investigation.

In furtherance, a list of Important check-points is attached for the Indian exporters facing the Anti-dumping investigation.

Further correspondence/ information received in this matter will be intimated to the Members in due course.
